Mobile Reel Systems

Choosing the right Reel System is just as important as choosing the right Heat Retention Cover for your pool, manufactured by our highly skilled team in St Leonard's on Sea our wide range of Reel Systems can be installed in even the most awkward and space restricted sites. The Plastica Mobile Reel System is ideal for smaller commercial pools, made from a stainless steel frame and aluminum tube it is fitted with castors to allow for ease of use allowing for the reel system to be stored away from the water’s edge and then moved in to position when the pool cover is to be put on or off the pool.

Easy to use

Cover straps attach to two 127mm (5”) diameter aluminum tubes. Simply attach the straps to the tube and roll the first cover onto the Reel System. Move the reel across and repeat the process to remove the second cover from the pool. The Reel System can then be removed from the pool edge and stored when not in use. Use of a 6:1 reduction gearbox is advised for covers over 14sq.m. Per tube (1500sq.ft).

Commercial Piggy Back Roller Pool Cover System

This system has proved be popular with schools and local authorities. Dual tubes allow one reel system to cover a pool almost twice its width with ease. The end stands are manufactured from high-grade polished stainless steel. The 150mm (6”) stainless steel braked castors allow the Reel System to be re-positioned whilst the covers are rolled on and off the pool.
